Returns or Exchanges

At NextGen Automation, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make things right.


Return Window: You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.


Conditions for Return:

  1. Product Condition: The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
  2. Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  3. Return Authorization: All returns must be authorized by NextGen Automation. Please contact our customer service to initiate a return and receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  4. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Downloadable software products


Return Process:

  1. Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving your item to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  2. Pack the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
  3. Shipping: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged).
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.


Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process to return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.
